Getting ready for an interview? It is critical that you do your homework ahead of time. Research the company, department, and what others in similar roles are working on. Look up your interviewer(s) on LinkedIn. Print out the job description, and make notes next to each job requirement, demonstrating how you have that particular skill or work experience. Remember, just as you are being interviewed, you are "interviewing" the company and hiring manager too. During the interview process, think: is this a culture you would be happy in? Prepare questions that would help you gain insight on expectations, growth opportunities, and how this role aligns with your career goals.
